JAGUAR E-TYPE 5.3L V12

THIS ENGINE ARRIVED WITH US A

PILE OF LOOSE CORRODED PARTS WHICH WE EITHER HAD TO REPAIR OR REPLACE. USUAL E-TYPE ENGINE PROBLEMS OF SUCH AGE INCLUDE BORKEN HEAD STUDS INTHE CRANKCASE, WARPED AND CORRODED HEADS, GENERALLY WORN COMPONENTS AND EVEN ONE ODD, LATER STYLE CONNECTING ROD.

USING OUR EXPERIENCE AND CONTACTS WE MANAGED TO SOURCE ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS AND CORRECT ALL OF THE ENGINES ISSUES INCLUDING ALL MACHINING, HORIZONTAL MILLING OF BROKEN HEAD STUDS, BALANCING OF REPLACEMENT CON RODS AND NEW PISTONS, CYLINDER HEAD OVERHAUL OF NEW CORE PLUGS, PRESSURE TEST, NEW GUIDES AND SEATS, NEW STUDS EVERYWHERE AND THE USUAL CLEAN MEASURED BUILD.

COSWORTH V6

This Ford Cosworth V6 BOA engine came to us for some performance upgrades and a full rebuild after many years of service under the bonnet of a Granada Scorpio. The engine was fitted with an uprated camshaft, fully ported and polished cylinder heads. With these extras the engine should produce over 250bhp. It was finished off with a pair of freshly powder coated rocker covers and other engine detailing, it now adds compliment to the beautifully restored Ford Capri it is destined for.

VAUXHALL C20XE

The Vauxhall C20XE is one of the most popular engines for use in a variety of road and race cars. They are still one of the best 2 Liter engines thanks to a Cosworth designed cylinder head, this makes them great to tune and this one is no exception. The outline goal of this particular engine is good performance and reliability. This engine was built with high compression forged pistons and con-rods, fully ported head with an uprated valve train and solid follower camshafts to cope with the high rpm requirements as well as other uprated parts.

ROVER V8 4.6L

This competition 4.6L Rover V8 engine came to us for a full rebuild and further upgrades from its original specification. It is fitted to a heavily modified, high speed, off road vehicle. This means it has to work very hard due to the nature of racing! The engine block was machined in-house to accept heavy duty top hat liners with new high compression pistons. The cylinder heads were improved with high performance 3 angle valve seats and some port work, all fully measured and reassembled with some external detailing. This engine now performs better than ever with a noticeable power improvement.
